Okay first off I have close to 0 experience editing or contributing to wiki's and I don't know what im doing but I'll try. Most stuff its rough in translation. Please help me out as much as you can.

Time Frame: 3/27/15 - 4/10/15

At the start of the event you are given 3 black envelopes to choose new employees from.

Formal Hammer	For 15 minutes increased rate of getting a plus at formal weapon development

Manor of experience Ticket?	For 30 minutes experience quest appears in the event quest column (hard)

	Produce 3 or more +3 Formal Weapons For Skilled Employees
	Clear Senior/Superior difficulty 35 times
	Train employees to 5 stars, 5 needed.
